Requirements

Passengers should bring only soft-sided bags on safari. Passengers arriving in Rwanda may be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate. Travellers’ cheques are generally not accepted in East Africa. US banknotes cannot be older than 2004 and must have the most current security markings (large portrait of the president). Sun protection, sunglasses, a hat and mosquito repellent can be very useful during your stay. 

Please Note

• 1 pax booking is assigned to a single room. For 2 adults and more, prices are per person sharing a double room. Single room supplement is available for 2 adults and more, at additional cost (Single supplement optional extra)
• Travel in Rwanda is in short-wheelbase 4x4 vehicles seating 6 passengers and the driver. This includes a passenger next to the driver and a passenger in the middle rear seat. Should travellers prefer to have more space, we suggest you consider the option of two vehicles when there are 6 travellers in a booking, at an additional cost (Additional 4x4 vehicle for 6 pax optional extra)
• Gorilla permits once purchased cannot be cancelled, transferred or amended as the number of permits sold are restricted and have a very high demand for them
• All Passengers must do the same activity
• Children under 15 years of age are not allowed to do the gorilla tracking 
• Day 3: recommended flight departure time is after midday 
• We reserve the right to change itineraries and activities due to weather conditions, technical problems or security reasons
• Early check-in, late check-out, connecting or adjoining rooms in the hotel are subject to availability and not guaranteed
• In many hotels in Rwanda, the triple rooms are double rooms with an additional bed or sofa bed. Their comfort conditions are lower than the international standards of the triple room
• No refund for unused services. Splitting of the package is not allowed
