Great White Shark Cage Diving (B)
Today you will make your way to the Great White House in Kleinbaai, where you will register your wetsuit size. Next you will receive a pre-trip safety briefing about what you can expect during the dive and a biological background on great white sharks. Next we’ll hop aboard a boat to travel about 20 minutes to Dyer Island. On average, we will be anchor for about 2 hours, but this depends on shark activity, conditions, and the number of divers. Now it’s time for your unforgettable cage dive, where you will experience some of the world’s most infamous predators at close range in total safety. Weather permitting, we will lastly take a quick trip through the infamous Shark Alley before returning to the Great White House for a debrief with soup and bread to warm you up. Overnight in Cape Town. Please Bring: Swimsuit, warm clothes (even in summer it can get chilly at sea), camera, sunscreen and a hat/cap in summer or a beanie in winter.
