Manila Free Day
Spend a free day in Manila and explore the city at your own leisure. Maybe visit the oldest district and historic centre of the city, the famous Walled City of Manila, Intramuros. Here you can visit the most important historical site in Manila, Fort Santiago, built by the Spaniards as a defensive fortress designed to protect the newly formed city of Manila. You could also go to the Mall of Asia, one of the biggest malls in the world, and the SeaSide market for your lunch, or maybe you'd like to go to the nearby Divisoria Market, the country's biggest retail market.
Day 3: Bohol, Philippines

Flight to Tagbilaran
Today you will be picked-up at your accommodation to be transferred to Manila airport to catch an internal flight to Tagbilaran in Bohol. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your new accommodation for check-in.
Day 4: Bohol, Philippines
Location: Bohol, Loboc River, Busay Falls

Bohol Day Tour (L)
Enjoy the tour and bask in the full beauty of the Loboc River while you SUP its entire length. The first leg is an upstream paddle to Busay Falls and the second leg is a downstream paddle to the ocean. Lunch is included on this tour. Rest and recharge for the next leg of the tour. Finish the day with one last SUP excursion.
Day 5: Bohol, Philippines
Location: Abatan River, Bohol, Bohol

Abatan River, located west of Bohol is an almost uncharted paradise for SUP and not frequented by tourists which makes an even more charming place to visit. The tour starts off being greeted by locals with their hand-woven lei and a warm welcome drink of corn coffee that is made in their villages. The start of the paddle is from a waterfall going downstream in this quaint and peaceful river. Have a special Filipino lunch at another village downstream which is lovingly prepared by the local people. Last stop is a visit to a majestic waterfall nearby waiting to be discovered.
Day 6: Panglao Island, Philippines
Location: Panglao Island

Transfer to Panglao and enjoy any free time to explore on your own. Rest and relax after the exciting past few days spent on SUP tours.
Day 7: Panglao Island, Philippines
Location: Panglao Island, Alona Beach, Pamilacan Island, Balicasag Island

Have a free day to enjoy on your own to discover Panglao, famous for its world class diving locations, and for for the pristine Alona Beach, from where tours can be organised to world famous diving sites, and stunning tropical islands like Pamilacan and Balicasag. The Alona beach area has a few bars and maybe one disco where you can meet fellow travellers. Overnight in Panglao.

Is there an age limit?
No! Most of our bamba travellers fall between the ages of 18 - 35, but everyone is young at heart and welcome to come experience the world with us! If you are between the ages of 18 and 118, we invite you to travel with bamba and have the time of your life! Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Who will be my travelling companions on the tour?
Most of our trips cater to the adventurous independent traveller. In fact, many of our travellers arrive on their own and quickly find that they easily meet like-minded people along the way at their hostels, on transportation, or during activities.

Do I need travel insurance?
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip, especially when travelling in developing countries. Bamba does not include travel insurance of any type.Your current medical insurance may cover part of your trip, so it is important for you to become familiar with your current coverage.
