I felt safe the whole time I was initiating my booking with this Kilimanjaro Tour Company. Every step that we took to discuss my arrival in Tanzania was taken very seriously with a series of e-mails that were very detailed entailing my itinerary, pick-up, and accommodation in Moshi. I can tell that everyone knew what they are doing as everything went to the plan and I ended up making it to the summit of Kilimanjaro Mountain. The final trip was to Serengeti where I had a great Serengeti Experience I had a hot air balloon experience for one hour in the Morning then we proceeded with a game drive in the Seronera area, enjoying seeing the big 5 animals as well as the big lions and Elephants, I overnight in a nice Hotel with Luxury staffs day after day was very grateful with a great experience.

After a night flight, we landed at Kilimanjaro international airport. Our pickup details were ready and waiting. They were punctual and hung our names. They were disembarked there waiting for us as they arrived earlier than we did plus the migration process and luggage took a long time than we thought. The car was in good shape 4X4 and offered an abundance of space for our luggage. The driving was safe and, in the morning, they picked us up from the hotel right after our breakfast as planned to Start our 5 days on Serengeti Migration Safari Tour. After Safari, we went for 5 days Marangu Route Kilimanjaro Hiking, only a few things to improve, as discussed with the Management: nutrition for pescatarian/vegetarian to be revised to include more protein, especially in the night meal. The overall organization was good, also with the safari, and we are happy with our experience.

All the crew was 100% involved, and I highly recommend them to climb Kilimanjaro. Food was good, security and safety were from the beginning the bigger worry, we had medical checkups twice a day and everything was really well organized. Between the two peaks Kibo and Mawenzi there is a long but, gradual hike. The area is dry as it is an actual desert with little or no vegetation. This is the part that gave me the sense of the mountain having different climate zones. The route here is very inhospitable. It is like walking in the mid of no-were. I was led by a guide from this Tour Company who knew the path and estimated the time very well, so I kept walking while looking at the clock and after a certain course of time, I had got out of the path and got to Kibo. The summit night was very tough. We used baby steps for a long time as the hike was steep with limited oxygen, but we made it.
