Thanks to our tour guide, Jerry, our trip to Tortuguero National Park was amazing. Jerry was very engaging with our group; very knowledgeable about the park, animals and foliage. We hiked through the park to the top of a volcano.....it didn't rain in the rain forest, IT POURED! Jerry was very positive and encouraging the entire day. Definitely worth the full day we spent on this trip.

We did "EXOTIC LANDSCAPES OF COSTA RICA" 9 nights tour. Tour agent Oldemar was amazing. He customized this tour to meet our needs. Definitely would recommend this company for multi days tours and specifically working with Oldemar. Communication and different activities coordination was pretty smooth. On the top of that Oldemar included new year dinner/party for us in the hotel we were staying without any charge. In this tour we did multiple activities (rafting, volcano hike, night walk in forest, zip lining in Monteverde, Manuel antonio park hike, kayaking, catamaran, Poas volcano, LA Paez garden). Keep in mind some of these activities were optional. We paid extra but definitely worth every penny. Hotels arranged by Oldemar were great specially in Monteverde (cloud forest view). Thanks Oldemar for making our trip memorable and enjoyable. You are awesome! Definitely will use your service again. Pura Vida!

Had the worst experience while in Costa Rica with this travel agency. I highly recommend any other company over this one as we had no problem with anyone else. They use Viator as a third party to book their tours and the website description is completely off. And it seems everyone who leave a review had a different experience. I cannot recommend this agency as they will rip you off and not give you close to half of your money back.
