Today, you will visit the Giza Plateau. Today’s tour includes the Great Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure with the great Sphinx. The only ancient wonder which still remains (Khufu’s pyramid) awaits you. Are you ready to discover it from inside?
Today you will learn about the history of the pyramids, how they were constructed, and why they were constructed? Then on to the first pyramid in history, the Step Pyramid of King Djoser at Saqqara. Transfer back to your hotel.
Day 3 : Fly To Aswan - Aswan Tour - Nile Cruise
Location: Aswan, Philae Temple, Unfinished Obelisk, The High Dam

You will send the next four days of your 8-day Egypt Tour onboard a River Nile cruise. So, you will take a transfer to Cairo Airport to fly to Aswan to begin your 3-night Nile cruise to Luxor. Meet your guide just outside the arrival terminal to commence your Aswan tour.
Explore the highlights of the beautiful City of Aswan such as the High Dam, the largest day was built in 1960s. Then proceed to the beautiful Temple of Isis at Philae Island. End your tour at the granite quarry of the Unfinished Obelisk. Transfer to your Nile cruise ship. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 4 : Aswan - Kom Ombo - Edfu
Location: Temple of Kom Ombo

Enjoy a free morning onboard your ship or join us on an optional tour of Abu Simbel‘s phenomenal temples.
Your River Nile cruise will set sail to Kom Ombo around the lunchtime. Disembark at Kom Ombo to visit the twin Temple of Sobek and Horus and the Crocodile Museum. Kom Ombo Temple was built during the Greco-Roman period. It was built over the ruined temple of the New Kingdom. The temple began during the time of Ptolemy V and was completed by the time of Emperor Tiberius. The emperors Domitian, Caracalla, and others added to the temple. So it took about 400 years to finish.
Enjoy a short visit to the Crocodile Museum before you go back to your Nile cruise ship to set sail to Edfu. Overnight in Edfu.
Day 5 : Edfu - Esna - Luxor
Location: The Temple of Horus at Edfu, Karnak, Luxor Temple
Accommodation: Nile cruise ship

You will wake up on the hustle and bustle of the horse carriages waiting to transfer you to the Temple of Horus in Edfu. After the tour of the temple, the cruise will set sail to Luxor via the Lock of Esna.
Upon arrival in Luxor, you will visit the Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor. Overnight is in Luxor.
Day 6 : Kings Valley, Hatshepsut Temple And Colossi Of Memnon
Location: Valley of the Kings, Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon, Cairo International Airport

Today, you are exploring the fantastic contents of the historical Egyptian Museum at Tahrir Square in Cairo. Hundreds of objects from all periods of Egypt’s past are displayed on the two floors of the museum. The eye-catching objects such as the golden treasure of Tutankhamen, the silver treasure of Psusennes I, the diorite statue of Khafre and several other pieces are on view.
From the museum to the Citadel of the Sunni Muslim leader Saladin, built-in 1172 to protect Cairo against the Crusaders. The White Mosque of Mohammed Ali Pasha is a prominent feature of the citadel.
You will finish your tour today at the historical bazaar of Khan El-Khalili, the largest bazaar in the Middle East.
