After breakfast, Ease your way into the local culture with a guided tour of Germanys incredible capital, Berlin. We will visit the historic center, Museum Island, the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate and the citys magnificent parks. We continued our visit by stopping at the Holocaust Memorial and the Berlin Wall Museum. This visit can help us to understand the difficult situation the city experienced during the Twentieth Century. Leisure time to explore the city.

Today we will travel to Dresden, a city on the river Elba where we can admire its palace. We go on to Bavaria and our arrival in Bamberg, a very beautiful city full of life; dont miss Little Venice! Todays journey is one of great surprises. From Kelheim we board a boat to make a short cruise along the Danube Valley, in the Danube Gorges. We come to Kloster Weltenburg, a very beautiful Benedictine monastery founded in 1040, where we have time to visit before going on to Landshut, one of Germanys prettiest villages and time for lunch. We continue to Dachau where we will visit the museum of the Nazi concentration camp. In mid-afternoon, we reach Munich, where we visit the impressive BMW WELT Complex, the very modern multifunctional exhibition facility of the prestigious German vehicle group BMW. We also see the park where the Olympia stadium stands in its architectural beauty and where the famous Olympic Games of 1972 were held. After this, free time in the historic centre to enjoy the typical beer houses.

Day 5: Munich – Fussen – Rothenburg – Frankfurt (B/-/-)

Amidst alpine summits and very beautiful scenery, we traveled to Fussen and the Neuschwanstein Castle. After this, continuing with our romantic route, we travel to ROTHENBURG, a very pretty city surrounded by walls, where we enter the beautiful Christmas Museum (entrance included). Next FRANKFURT, Germanys financial capital.

Today, well discover the scenic Rhine and Moselle Valleys, two rivers rich in history and dotted with charming villages. Our journey begins with a short cruise on the Rhine, between Rüdesheim and Sankt Goar, one of the river's most picturesque stretches. Well then head to the Moselle River, stopping for lunch in the quaint village of Cochem, nestled on the riverbank and watched over by a castle that has stood for more than a thousand years. Afterward, well travel to Cologne, where youll have time to visit its magnificent Gothic cathedral, once the tallest building in the world, standing 154 meters high. You can also take a stroll along the Rhine and explore the vibrant city center before we continue on to our hotel in Dortmund.

Today, well embark on a magical journey, reminiscing about our favorite childhood stories and movies as we travel through the towns that inspired the Brothers Grimm, now known as the Fairy Tale Route. Our first stop will be Trendelburg, a picturesque walled village where well visit the large medieval castle and the famous Rapunzel Tower (admission included).
Well continue along scenic roads, crossing forests that will remind us of the tale of Hansel and Gretel. Our next stop will be Höxter, a vibrant town where well enjoy lunch and visit Corvey Abbey, an ancient 9th-century monastery and World Heritage Site (admission included). Well then make a brief stop in Polle to photograph the exterior ruins of Cinderellas Castle. Our journey will continue to Hamelin, renowned for the tale of “The Pied Piper of Hamelin”. After following the mouse tracks, well proceed to Hanover, where well have time to explore the city center and take a stroll next to the old town hall.

Free time at Hannover before continuing the route to Goslar; We are in one of the most beautiful villages of Germany, with its wooden architecture, its walls and its squares.
