Today after breakfast, start your day with a panoramic city tour, passing by iconic landmarks such as Porto Cathedral, Liberdade Square, a church, the Clérigos Tower and Bolsa Palace. Follow this with a walking tour of the Ribeira area to explore the historic center of the town. Conclude the tour with a visit to one of the wine cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia before you return to the hotel

Day 3: Full Day Tour To Douro Valley (B/L/-)

In the morning after breakfast, you will depart for the Douro Valley, a region which could easily be called an enchanted valley due to the breathtaking beauty and magic of its landscapes. This area is renowned for producing Douro wines, including both table wines and Port wine, on its picturesque hillsides. Explore Pinhão, a quaint town nestled in the heart of Port wine country. Enjoy a one-hour Rabelo Boat tour departing and returning from Pinhão, complete with an audio guide. Along the way marvel at wine-producing farmhouses and terraced vineyards that extend to the river creating a unique landscape recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After breakfast, you will depart for Aveiro where a Moliceiro boat trip awaits you (Not included). You'll navigate through the city's canals, admiring its natural and architectural heritage, including Art Nouveau facades and modern buildings seamlessly integrated with its history. Indulge in a tasting of a well-known local product - oysters. Next, continue your journey to Coimbra, home to the oldest and most prestigious university in the country. What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?
Changes to an existing reservation up to the Final Payment Date, whatever the cause, will incur a $100 per person amendment fee, potential loss of any supplier fees (such as non-refundable event tickets, park permits, and sea cruise reservations) plus any costs for replacement services. On/ after the Final Payment Date, the $100 change fee is no longer valid, instead cancellations terms apply.
