Discover the major highlights of Scotland. The tour will start in Scotlands Capital city, Edinburgh, where you will enjoy a guided tour of the historic city. Admire the Edinburgh Castle. Travel through the highland, stop in the Victorian mountain resort of Pitlochry and admire its Scottish Baronial architecture. Take a spirited tour of Blair Athols Whiskey Distillery. Today after breakfast, get to know London on a locally guided tour featuring style, culture, and history. See the Houses of Parliament, the River Thames, the Tower of London, and Buckingham Palace, where we will be able to watch the famous “Changing of the Guard” (depending on the season). Afternoon at leisure. In the evening, we will take a walk-through Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho, with a lively atmosphere, theatres, and entertainment. There are several restaurants to choose from where you can dine. Return to the hotel.

Have a delicious breakfast and depart from London. We start the day by leaving London towards northern England. Our first stop is Cambridge to admire its beautiful residential colleges. Afterward, we will continue north to Durham. Explore this charming medieval town full of life which has a wonderful cathedral right in front of the castle.

This morning after breakfast, today we will travel to Scotland, stopping in Alnwick, a picturesque town with lovely gardens and a large medieval castle which was used in the Harry Potter films. We will continue to Edinburgh, arriving at noon. This is Scotlands capital city and one of the most active cities in Northern Europe. Its monumental center has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its castle overlooks the citys steep streets and parks. We will enjoy a sightseeing tour with a local guide.

After departing from Edinburgh, well make a stop to photograph The Kelpies, the enormous horse-head sculptures inspired by Scottish mythology. These striking sculptures symbolize the strength and grace of horses and their connection to both water and land. Our next destination is Stirling, where the historic center is crowned by Stirling Castle, one of Scotlands most significant castles. This landmark has witnessed many pivotal events, including legendary battles and royal coronations, and a guided visit to the castle is included in our itinerary. Well then continue north, stopping in the charming town of Pitlochry, nestled in Scotlands whisky heartland. Here, youll have time for lunch and a leisurely stroll through the scenic streets. Our journey will then take us to Culloden, the historic battlefield where Scottish forces faced a decisive defeat against the British. This battle had lasting effects on Scotland, leading to laws and policies aimed at suppressing Scottish culture and traditions. By evening, well arrive in Inverness, known as the \"Capital of the Highlands,\" with its iconic castle overlooking the town. We recommend a walk along the River Ness and its famous suspension bridge to end the day.

An exciting day awaits as we explore the hauntingly beautiful landscapes of northern Scotland, filled with enchanting forests, lochs, remote moors, and fjord-like inlets. Our first stop is the captivating Eilean Donan Castle, a picture-perfect site set on the waters of the fjord (admission included). From there, well continue to Fort Augustus to see the intriguing sluice gate system, with free time for lunch and a leisurely stroll. In the afternoon, well head to Loch Ness for a boat tour across its deep, mysterious waters (included in the tour). Following the boat ride, well visit the medieval ruins of Urquhart Castle (admission included). Our day concludes with an overnight stay in Inverness.

As we travel, well pass by Kilchurn Castle, known for its striking ruins set against a dark lake. Our next destination is Inveraray, a charming historic village situated by Loch Fyne, renowned for its impressive castle and peaceful streets. Well take a break for lunch here before making our way back along the scenic shores of Loch Lomond. In the evening, well arrive in Glasgow, where youll have time to explore the lively city center.

The historic center, featuring cobblestone streets and beautiful old buildings, is a sight to behold. After our walk and lunch, well continue our journey to London, arriving in the late afternoon.

Changes to an existing reservation up to the Final Payment Date, whatever the cause, will incur a $100 per person amendment fee, potential loss of any supplier fees (such as non-refundable event tickets, park permits, and sea cruise reservations) plus any costs for replacement services. On/ after the Final Payment Date, the $100 change fee is no longer valid, instead cancellations terms apply.
