Welcome to Reykjavik! Upon arrival at Keflavik International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel by the Flybus Shuttle Bus for check-in. Depending on your time of arrival, spend the day at leisure to explore the city at your own pace. Ingolfur Arnarson, the first settler of Iceland, built his farm on the peninsula where Reykjavík stands today. The town earned its name “Smokey Bay” after columns of steam rose from the hot springs and made a deep impression on the first settlers. Reykjavik offers a wide range of restaurants and coffee-houses, making dinner a great way to get better acquainted with Icelands capital.

After breakfast, take the flybs shuttle to the airport and fly from  Keflavik International Airport in Iceland straight to Narsarsuaq in stunning South Greenland. Upon arrival, youll be warmly welcomed at the airport and transferred to Hotel Narsarsuaq for check-in, followed by an informative welcome meeting. Then lace up your hiking boots for a scenic trek to Glacier View Point—just an hour from the hotel. This morning, you set off on an unforgettable journey toward Qaleraliq Camp, right at the edge of Greenlands vast Ice Cap—the legendary Inlandsis. Your destination is a cozy, atmospheric camp perched on a sandy beach, where tranquility meets grandeur. From here, youre treated to panoramic views of three towering glacier fronts stretching from Qaleraliq Glacier—a sight that will leave you speechless. Your adventure kicks off with a thrilling RIB boat ride along the glacier fronts. As you glide across the icy waters, youll come face to face with soaring ice walls and countless floating icebergs. These glaciers, once one massive front, have split into three dramatic tongues due to the relentless effects of climate change—an awe-inspiring and humbling scene. Then, its time to step onto the ancient ice. With crampons strapped on, youll trek across one of the oldest ice masses on Earth. In centuries past, people traveled from far and wide to attend Christian ceremonies here. In the afternoon, youll hop back on your zodiac for a relaxing return to Narsaq, with the unforgettable sights of southern Greenland etched into your memory.

Unlike most fjords here, you wont find towering icebergs, but instead, youll be surrounded by rolling green hills that create a serene and inviting atmosphere. Its the perfect place to relax and soak in the quiet beauty of the landscape. After your time in Einarsfjord, enjoy a scenic hike back to Itilleq, where your next adventure begins—a thrilling boat excursion to the spectacular Qooroq Fjord. Known as one of the most active and breathtaking glaciers in South Greenland, Qooroq never fails to amaze. Youll navigate through a maze of floating icebergs, watching as the density of ice increases until your boat can go no further. Surrounded by a chaotic, glittering sea of ice, the scene is nothing short of magical. From there, continue your journey by zodiac boat back to Narsarsuaq, gliding through the pristine waters with unforgettable views all around. Upon arrival, a car will be waiting to transfer you to Hotel Narsarsuaq, where you can unwind and reflect on an extraordinary day.

In the morning, hop into a 4×4 jeep for a scenic adventure to the remote and beautiful Tasiusaq Farm, where just seven people live in remarkable isolation beside the ice-choked Sermilik Fjord. This fjord is almost always filled with icebergs from the Eqaloruutsit Glacier, creating a dramatic and unforgettable landscape. Enjoy a peaceful picnic surrounded by the stunning, untouched nature of Tasiusaq—an experience that feels truly off the grid. Afterward, board a RIB boat and cruise through the serene Tunulliarfik Fjord toward Qassiarsuk, a village steeped in Viking history. Here, youll visit the ruins of the church and settlement founded by Erik the Red in 985 AD, known as Brattahlid—the capital of Viking Greenland. Walk through the small village, home to about 50 residents, most of whom are farmers carrying on the traditions of the past. Qassiarsuk is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site—Kujataa Greenland: A Norse and Inuit Farming Landscape on the Edge of the Ice Cap. This area offers the richest and most complete example of both Norse and Greenlandic farming history. Youll explore the remains of large Norse cattle farms and their satellite sites, including Erik the Reds historic homestead. It was also here that Otto Frederiksen established the first modern sheep farm in 1924, after Igaliku, laying the foundation for todays Qassiarsuk—a living link between past and present on the edge of Greenlands Ice Cap
