Langtang Valley Trek is a very interesting trek, journeying through Tamang villages and settlements, rhododendron forests, and spectacular mountain views. This Langtang Valley Trek trail is perfect for those adventurers who would like a unique experience to see the traditional, untouched Tamang heritage, customs, and lifestyle. Langtang is a region in the Himalayas of Nepal to the north of the Kathmandu valley and bordering Tibet. The park contains a wide variety of climatic zones, from subtropical to alpine. Approximately 25% of the park is forested. Trees include the deciduous Oak and Maple, evergreens like Pine, and various types of rhododendron. Animal life includes the Himalayan Black bear, the goat-like Himalayan Ahr, Assam Macaque, and Red Panda. There are also stories of Yeti sightings. This great trek and hike adventure in the Langtang region combines spectacular views of the Himalayas with great cultural insights. Day 1 : Kathmandu – Syabrubensi (1340M)
Location: Kathmandu
Accommodation: Hotel, Lodge/Tea House
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Breakfast will be served to you at your hotel, before starting your hike. We have to hike uphill and cross a suspension bridge over Langtang river which flows below our feet. We will have lunch at Bambo, where we can view the beautiful green environment and white flowing Langtang river. Then we walk through dense alpine, pine, juniper, and rhododendron forests. Look for wild animals! Then we will hike uphill for 15-30 mins to reach our camp at Lama hotel.
Day 2 : Syabrubensi – Lama Hotel (2480M)
Location: Syafru
Accommodation: Hotel, Lodge/Tea House
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Breakfast will be served to you at your hotel, before starting your hike. We have to hike uphill and cross a suspension bridge over Langtang river which flows below our feet. Day 3 : Lama Hotel – Langtang Village (3541M)

The trek will be easy and comfortable today, as we hike through a flat jungle. We will have our lunch at Ghoda Tabela, then we will continue hiking to our destination walking through the Langtang riverside.
Day 4 : Langtang – Kyanjing Gomba (3900M)
Location: Kyanjin Gompa
Accommodation: Hotel, Lodge/Tea House
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Today it is about 4 hours hiking to Kyanjing Gomba, where we will stay overnight. We will stop for tea and lunch along the way.
Day 5 : Kyanjing Gomba – Tserko Ri (5033M)
Location: Kyanjin Gompa
Accommodation: Hotel, Lodge/Tea House
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Early in the morning, we will hike about 5 hours to Tserko Ri, where we can do some sightseeing and have lunch. After lunch, we will visit the yak cheese factory.
Day 6 : Kyanjing – Lama Hotel
Location: Langtang
Accommodation: Hotel, Lodge/Tea House
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
We will descend down from the higher altitude to the lower altitude today.
Day 7 : Lama Hotel – Syabrubensi
Location: Syafru
Accommodation: Hotel, Lodge/Tea House
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
We will descend down to Shyabrubensi, which lies in between the high hills to the Langtang river flowing at the bottom of the Bensi.
Day 8 : Syapru Besi – Kathmandu
Location: Kathmandu
Accommodation: Hotel, Lodge/Tea House
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Today after breakfast, we will drive back to Kathmandu city from Syabrubeni. The drive may take time depending on the road condition.
