Leave Lak Lake after breakfast for Bao Dai palace to get the view of the area. Drive 40km east of Buon Me Thuot to the area of Draysap waterfalls – the most stunning falls in the south and central Vietnam. On the way, you may visit some local factories and fields to learn more about the usual way of living in the highlands, such as a rice noodle factory, a pepper plantation, a rubber plantation, an incense factory and a bricks factory. Enjoy a nice hike under tropical trees to check out different falls and the surroundings of this area. Visit the center of Buon Ma Thuot, the capital city of Daklak province, where the Northern Vietnamese Army launched the first campaign to liberate the central highlands, before going further down South. We also pay a visit to the museum to see the cultural collections of all ethnic tribes living in the highlands. Evening free to do as you please, overnight in Buon Ma Thuot in a hotel.
