Day 1: Cairo
Location: Cairo
Saturday. Welcome to Egypt! Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in a shared coach with other members of the tour.
The evening is yours at leisure to explore the vibrant streets of Cairo, or perhaps relax at the hotel, preparing for the Egyptian adventure ahead!
Day 2: Pyramids Of Giza
Location: Pyramids of Giza

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, before venturing out for a guided tour to one of the seven wonders of the world - the Pyramids of Giza. Make sure to visit the Cheops Pyramid, as its interior burial chambers are open for visits by the public. Not far from the Pyramids, you will also visit the Great Sphinx of Giza. This unforgettable statue combines the head of a Pharaoh with a lion's body. Following this, enjoy a quick visit to either the papyrus institute or a perfume shop.
Break for lunch then continue the tour at the Egyptian Museum. The museum exhibits over 120,000 objects ranging from the pre-historic era to the Greco Roman period. Marvel at wonderous artefacts, as you discover the museums' various statues, jewels, and Tutankhamen treasures.
Finally, head downtown to Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Navigate its enchanting narrow alleyways and explore an array of souvenir stores. Here, amidst the vibrant atmosphere, uncover small restaurants and cafes frequented by both locals and tourists.
Day 3: Luxor
Location: Luxor
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Cairo - Luxor. After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for your included flight to Luxor. Upon arrival in Luxor, board your Nile Cruiser - home for the next few nights!
In the afternoon, we will explore the East Bank with visits to the Karnak and Luxor Temples. These iconic structures showcase the magnificence of ancient Egyptian civilization. As the day comes to a close, enjoy dinner on board as we dock for the night.
Day 4: Luxor
Location: Luxor

Luxor - Nile Cruising. Wake up bright and early this morning for breakfast, before venturing out for an exploration of Luxor's West Bank. Unearth the ancient secrets within the Valley of the Kings and marvel at the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
Following our temple exploration, we'll head back for lunch on board as our cruiser makes its way downstream. Enjoy an afternoon of R&R enjoying the changing landscapes as our cruiser plies its way. Dinner will be onboard as we reach our overnight destination.
Day 5: Aswan
Location: Aswan
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Nile Cruising - Kom Ombo - Aswan. Today our journey continues as we set sail to Kom Ombo. Here, delve into the mysteries of the Temple shared by two gods, Sobek and Haroeris. As the day progresses, we sail towards Aswan to dock for the night.
Day 6: Aswan
Location: Aswan
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Time to explore Aswan! This morning, gear up for a grand visit to the High Dam, the world's largest embankment dam. Next, explore the historic Philae Temple, perched on an island in the Aswan Low Dam reservoir.
As the afternoon unfolds, enjoy lunch followed by a felucca sailing tour around Kitchener Island, immersing yourself in the scenic beauty that surrounds our cruiser.
We'll wrap up the day back on the cruiser, docking in Aswan with an included dinner.
Day 7: Aswan
Location: Aswan

Aswan - Abu Simbel (optional) - Cairo. After breakfast, we will say goodbye to the Nile Cruiser as we check out and disembark. Opt to see the majestic Temple of Abu Simbel by choosing one of our Abu Simbel by Flight packages. Either join a guided journey to Abu Simbel or opt for a [[self-guided exploration|131928]] by exploring the temples at your own pace. The gargantuan rock-cut temple at Abu Simbel was created to revere the mighty pharaonic ruler King Ramses II. Guarding the entrance to the temple, the four colossal statues of Ramses II sit majestically, staring out across the desert. Note: Abu Simbel excursion may take place on day 6 or day 7 and sightseeing arrangements reordered to suit.
Later in the day you'll fly back to Cairo and transfer to your hotel. The remains of the afternoon and evening is at leisure for you to explore Cairo at your own pace.
Day 8: Cairo
Location: Cairo
Meals Included: Breakfast
Saturday. Your Egyptian adventure comes to an end. After hotel breakfast and check out, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight. Safe travels!
