Highlights
Itinerary
Day 1: Sydney
Location: Sydney
Our journey begins in Sydney at 8:30am, where you will be able to meet your fellow adventurers before we depart. After introductions, we enjoy a day trip to the stunning Blue Mountains. The mountains earned their name from the lovely blue haze that occasionally surrounds them. During our tour, we will enjoy a wonderful hike to Wentworth Falls and see the famed Three Sisters. However, we will not exhaust ourselves because we will return to Sydney in the evening to enjoy the city's well-known and vibrant nightlife.
Day 2: Port Stephens
Location: Port Stephens
Meals Included: Breakfast
Today, we'll leave Sydney's urban scene of towering buildings and crowded sidewalks to go on a culinary excursion in the picturesque Hunter Valley. This scenic region is known for its rolling hills filled with vineyards, cheese factories, and breweries, so prepare your taste buds and embrace the spirit of exploration.
After exploring Hunter Valley, we continue our journey to the Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary. Here, sick, injured, and orphaned koalas receive cutting-edge care as part of their continuing rehabilitation. To get a unique view of the koala's natural environment, we'll head along the "Skywalk," which takes us high above the treetops.
Returning to our culinary adventures, we'll finish the day with a delicious Australian barbecue. This evening, expect to experience high-quality grilled delights that properly represent the country's famed barbecue tradition.
Day 3: Port Stephens
Location: Port Stephens
Meals Included: Breakfast
Today we're exploring one of Australia's best beach towns. During an included boat cruise, we can spot playful dolphins as they frolic in the water. Later, we ascend the majestic heights of Mt Tomaree and are mesmerized by the breathtaking panorama of the coast from its summit.
Day 4: Sydney
Location: Sydney
Meals Included: Breakfast
If you're interested, we'll be visiting the spectacular Worimi sand dunes around sunrise, which are the largest coastal dunes in the southern hemisphere. Worimi's peaks are truly remarkable - it's up to you whether you join this optional excursion or enjoy a lie in! After breakfast, we return to Sydney, bringing our fascinating and eventful voyage to an end.
