Best of Both Worlds - Mountains and Wildlife

29-Aug-2024

Combining the Annapurna Base Camp Trek with the Chitwan Jungle Safari was the perfect way to experience Nepal’s diverse landscapes and wildlife. The trek was absolutely stunning, with incredible views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. The variety in terrain, from rhododendron forests to high-altitude landscapes, kept each day interesting and exciting. Annapurna Base Camp itself was awe-inspiring, surrounded by towering peaks and glaciers. The trek was well-organised, and the guides were knowledgeable and supportive throughout. After the physical challenge of the trek, the Chitwan Jungle Safari was a wonderful way to unwind and immerse ourselves in nature. The jungle was teeming with wildlife, and we saw everything from rhinos to exotic birds. The jeep safari and river canoeing were both thrilling and serene experiences. The contrast between the Himalayan trek and the jungle adventure made this trip feel like two amazing holidays in one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive adventure in Nepal.

Exceptional Service and Incredible Experiences

11-Apr-2024

My husband and I booked the Annapurna Base Camp Trek with Chitwan Jungle Safari through Peregrine Treks and Tours, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The company's professionalism and dedication were evident from the start. The trekking portion was challenging but incredibly rewarding. Our guide was fantastic—he was patient, encouraging, and very knowledgeable about the local culture and environment. The accommodations during the trek were comfortable, and the food was surprisingly good given the remote locations. After the awe-inspiring views at Annapurna Base Camp, we headed to Chitwan National Park for the jungle safari. This was a perfect complement to the trek. We loved the diversity of activities—from jeep safaris to cultural performances by the Tharu community. We even got to see a Bengal tiger, which was an unexpected thrill! Peregrine Treks and Tours made sure every aspect of the trip was well-organized and tailored to our needs. Their commitment to providing an exceptional experience was clear throughout the journey. We highly recommend them for anyone considering this adventure.

A Once-in-a-Lifetime Journey

06-Sep-2024

The Annapurna Base Camp Trek with Chitwan Jungle Safari was an unforgettable experience. The trek took us through diverse landscapes, from terraced fields to alpine forests, and each day brought new and stunning views of the mountains. The ascent to Annapurna Base Camp was challenging, but the sense of accomplishment when we reached the top was indescribable. The tranquillity of the mountains and the beauty of the Annapurna range were beyond anything I had imagined. After the trek, Chitwan National Park provided a wonderful contrast to the rugged terrain of the Himalayas. The jungle safari was an incredible opportunity to see Nepal's wildlife up close, and we were lucky enough to spot a one-horned rhinoceros in its natural habitat. Canoeing down the river with crocodiles sunbathing on the banks was another highlight. This combination of high-altitude trekking and jungle exploration made for an extraordinary trip that I will remember for the rest of my life.

An Unforgettable Adventure with Peregrine Treks and Tours

25-Aug-2024

I recently completed the Annapurna Base Camp Trek with Chitwan Jungle Safari organized by Peregrine Treks and Tours, and it was hands down one of the best travel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived in Kathmandu, the Peregrine team took excellent care of us. The trek itself was breathtaking—the trails through the Annapurna region offered stunning mountain views, lush forests, and charming villages. Our guide was knowledgeable and attentive, always ensuring we were comfortable and informed about the day's journey. Reaching Annapurna Base Camp was a surreal experience. Standing at the base of those towering peaks was both humbling and exhilarating. After the trek, transitioning to the Chitwan Jungle Safari was a fantastic way to unwind. The safari was thrilling—we spotted rhinos, deer, and a multitude of bird species. The canoe ride and jungle walks were highlights of the trip. Peregrine Treks and Tours organized everything seamlessly, and their attention to detail made the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a mix of adventure and nature.

A Perfect Blend of Adventure and Wildlife

02-Sep-2024

The Annapurna Base Camp Trek combined with the Chitwan Jungle Safari was a remarkable experience. The trek itself was challenging yet incredibly rewarding, with breathtaking views of the Annapurna range that made every step worth it. The hospitality in the teahouses along the route was warm and welcoming, providing much-needed comfort after long days of walking. The highlight of the trek for me was reaching Annapurna Base Camp, where the panoramic view of the snow-capped peaks left me speechless. The second part of the journey, the Chitwan Jungle Safari, was a completely different but equally captivating experience. Riding through the jungle on an elephant and spotting rhinos, crocodiles, and a myriad of bird species was incredible. It felt like a true immersion into Nepal’s rich biodiversity. This combination of trekking in the high Himalayas and exploring the lush jungles of Chitwan made for a perfect holiday. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking both adventure and relaxation.
