A great service even in the last minute

10-Jan-2020

We were going to Patagonia last minute and had no time to plan. We used the Qwerty Travel Argentina service and Constance made us a custom itinerary and took care of all the bookings. We were slightly afraid that some things may not go as planned, but in the end everything turned out exactly as promised, all the schedules were kept, the tours were as described as was the accommodation. Constance was really nice and flexible during the planning process and provided great support during our trip. An excellent job, guys!

Argentina and Chile

25-Jan-2022

On very short notice, Constance (Qwerty Travel Director) put together a great trip through Argentina and Chile. While a small part included a couple of tours of Buenos Aires most of it was focused at our request on Patagonia. The scenery there was breath taking and the visits to the glaciers was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Qwerty Travel, and Constance, in particular. She saved the day as a our previously arranged tour with another company was canceled 2 weeks before our planned visit to South America. Constance was quick and very communicative. We loved her flexibility and recommendations! She also rescued us and greatly assisted in our return to Buenos Aires from Punta Arenas after we contracted COVID and had to quarantine for 7 days in Chile. The hotels she provided, the transfers and the airline reservations were fantastic. Constance/Qwerty is your agent if you need to travel to South America!

Self directed tour of Patagonia

20-Feb-2020

We used Qwerty travel recently for a somewhat customized trip to Patagonia. We started with their 15 day Patagonia tour and made modifications with our agent there Constance. She was good at listening to what we wanted and making suggestions. We stayed at the top hotels and almost every one had a pool and spa which was great after a full day of sightseeing. In hindsight we would have stayed one night longer (in Puerto Varas) because we had two very long travel days one after the other. Other than that we enjoyed the freedom of joining tours with many people from many countries yet not traveling with a group. Constance had someone meet us at every airport / bus terminal / hotel and they took care of us in that location. It was a real pleasure to always see someone with a sign with our name on it. I would definitely recommend Qwerty and Constance if you want to go to Patagonia. I’m sure she will do an equally good job with other locations as well.
