Tour Overview

The Everest base camp with Gokyo Lake is a fascinating and adventurous trek via the off-beaten trails in the Khumbu region. The off beaten trails make it more challenging than the Everest Base Camp (EBC) classic trail because of the high elevation of Cho La Pass, (5,420m) this pass is on the Gokyo trail in the Khumbu region. It is an adventure trek where we will be experiencing the high Mountains of Nepal, Mt. Everest Base Camp, and cross the Cho-la Pass at 5300+ meters. Awesome Trekking

16-Sep-2019

Thanks for organizing my most unforgettable trek to Everest Base Camp. I inquired on quite a number of outfitters, and I can say I didn't make a mistake in choosing Sherpa Expedition and Trekking. Their package is reasonably priced and their service is excellent. I have no complains on their choice of hotel in Kathmandu and lodges along the trek.

Everest base camp with Gokyo

08-Oct-2019

Very well-organized agency. The managing director met me at the airport on arrival in Katmandu. Everything as promised in the package, with the exception of the trekking map (he forgot it but no big deal). Very good guide who spoke good English, very professional and helpful. Extras such as safe drinking water, WIFI, alcoholic drinks not included in package.

Highly Recommend

06-Aug-2019

I recently returned from Nepal and prior to booking my trip I consulted with different companies all with excellent reviews. Upon communicating with all of them and negotiating a price I decided to go with Sherpa Expedition and Trekking. I was not disappointed. I was welcomed after two days of flying to get to Kathmandu at 11:30 pm with plenty of smiles and a ride to the hotel from the airport. The EBC trek was amazing with my guide.

Great EBC Trek

08-May-2019

From the time Sherpa Expedition and Trekking staff picked us up to the time we said goodbye at the airport, the entire trip was perfect. I did EBC trek included water rafting and paragliding. Managing Director was fast and efficient in his email response before and after the trip. I found the charges reasonable. He answered to all my questions and would accede to my requests if reasonable. In person, he's a warm and friendly man that you will feel comfortable with.

Gokyo and EBC

12-Sep-2019

Sherpa Expedition and Trekking is an honest and helpful travel agency, I was trap at Lukla due to bad weather, flight has been cancelled for few days before I arrived Lukla. I was afraid and seeking help from Sherpa Expedition and Trekking Team to bring forward my flight as I don't want to miss any chances if there is any flight available, unfortunately my flight was cancelled as well even though Sherpa Expedition and Trekking managed to bring my flight forward. In the end, I left Lukla with a chopper by sharing the cost with other tourists.

Go with The Best

05-Aug-2019

It was difficult to choose a tour operator for our EBC trip, but after finally making a decision we were so glad we chose Sherpa Expedition and Trekking. Owner was brilliant to deal with through the booking process and even transferred us from the airport to our hotel the day before our tour commenced. They really went the extra mile to make our experience as great as it could be and keep us safe too.

Next Level Trek

19-Aug-2019

My wife and I did the Everest Base Camp Trek as organized by Sherpa Expedition and Trekking. We read guidebooks and numerous websites leading up to this trip, but nothing quite captured the awesomeness of the just being there in person. Each day of our trek was physically and mentally exhausting, but our guide saw to it that we were looked after - be it on the trail, dining, or settling in at the lodge each night.
