Lobuche East (6,119m/20,075ft), set in Nepal's stunning Khumbu on the Nepalese side of Mt.Everest. Lobuche East Peak is one of the popular as well as challenging climbing peaks that are offered for climbing in Nepal. But to sometimes, climbing at the Lobuche east peak is also all-new exciting as well as challenging too. We trek towards the base camp of the Lobuche east peak will pass through the beautiful trekking route which will offer the climbers to visit more about the trekking paths. We will have a great opportunity to get the glorious view of the highest mountain like; Amadablam, Tawache, Mt. Everest. Our trekking towards the base camp of the Lobuche peak will let the mountaineers explore at the base camp of the Mt. Everest where we can also get the spectacular view of the beautiful glaciers including Khumbu glacier of the region. Day 1 : Arrival In Kathmandu (1,350M) & Transfer To Hotel.

Sherpa Expedition and Trekking representative will meet you at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) on your arrival schedule. You will be greeted and then transferred to the hotel in the heart of Kathmandu city at Thamel. Sherpa Expedition and Trekking staff will help you until the check-in procedure ends at Hotel. Today, you can either have a rest at the Hotel or visit our office for collecting additional information about the Lobuche Peak Climbing.
Day 2 - Trip Preparation Day At Kathmandu.

Today we make the necessary preparations for this Lobuche Peak Climbing. This preparation includes meeting with a Sherpa Climbing guide, checking necessary climbing equipment, and a trip briefing as well.
Day 3 : Fly From Kathmandu To Lukla & Trek To Phakding (2640M) Duration: 4-5 Hours.

Today early in the morning we will catch a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Lukla is the main gateway to Everest and the entire Khumbu region. After arriving at the airstrip of Lukla, we will start our trek by following a route that gradually ascends as we trek along the left bank of the Dudh Koshi river. we trek passes through pine forest and beautifully painted Mani walls, Mani stones, and prayer flags to arrive at Ghat. From here a mixture of both uphill and downhill walking will lead us to Phakding. We stay overnight at Phakding.
Day 4 : Trek From Phakding To Namche Bazaar (3440M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.

Leaving Phakding, we will start our trek by crossing a stream and then climbing up the terraced hill until we reach Bengal. Then after we will continue trek along the trail with several ups and downs hills. We will make a stop at the Sagarmatha National Park where the park entrance fee is collected. As the mountain trail zigzags uphill, we will cross the Hilary suspension bridge, then we emerge at a ridge top rest area that offers magnificent views of Mt. Everest 8848m and Mt. Lhotse 8516m. The climb eases somewhat as the trail goes along the dense rhododendron and pine forest to reach Namche Bazaar. We spend our overnight at Beautiful Namche Bazar.
Day 5 - Acclimatzation Day At Namche Bazaar & Hike To Everest View Hotel; Duration: 4-5 Hours.

Today, In order to avoid any kind of sickness or altitude sickness and to ensure successful summit climb of Lobuche Peak we will take a day rest at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization. This town is an extensive market town where there is always something to see and places to visit. For acclimatization, we can hike up to Khunde Hospital which was set up by Sir Edmund Hillary, or take 2 hours to walk up to Everest view hotel (3800m) for enjoying magnificent views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kusum Kanguru. After enjoying the view we will trek down to Namche for overnight stay.
Day 6 : Trek From Namche To Tengboche (3860M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.

From Namche Bazaar, After spending a good day rest at Namche Bazaar, we will follow the trail that descends passing through the village of Trashing. From here, we will make a long climb to reach Tengboche Monastries. The first part of our trek is very steep, however, the climb eases as we trek through the dense forest area until we arrive at the stone gate built by lamas which mark our entry into Tengboche. This evening we will visit monasteries.
Day 7 : Trek From Tengboche To Dingboche (4410M) Duration: 4-5 Hours.

Leaving Tengboche, we will climb up gradually mountain trail, enjoying the best views of Mt. Ama Dablam (6812m) and Kantega as they appear on the opposite bank. We continue to trek up the hill that passes through several chortens, the upper trail passes Pangboche and the lower trail to Pangboche Olin with its stone wall-enclosed with potato fields. We will climb slowly towards a big Mani Stupa. From there, we will follow the easy trail that all the way to Dingboche.
Day 8 : Trek From Dingboche To Lobuche (4,910M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.

From Dingboche, we will start our trek downhill towards Pheriche village. After about 2 hours of walking from Pheriche, we will reach Dugla at 4,595 meters with a small wooden bridge over the river of the Khumbu glacier. We will take a break for lunch before heading Lobuche. After lunch, we will climb uphill for about an hour. During our trek, we will have spectacular views of Mt. Pumori, Lhoste Shar, and other high mountain peaks west of Everest. We continue to trek until we reach Lobuche.
Day 9 : Trek From Lobuche To Gorak Sherp-Everest Base Camp (5,364M) And Back To Gorak Shep (5,100M) Duration: 8-9 Hours

After breakfast, We will start our trek continues following the rocky moraine path with excellent views of glacial ponds and icebergs down below the Khumbu Glacier. After climbing the last of the rocky moraine dunes, we will trek a short downhill to reach Gorakshep. This place is a flat field below Kala Patthar 5550m and is the last stop with comfy teahouses. From here, we will follow the route that winds through a rocky path and the Khumbu glacier towards Everest Base Camp. We will spend some time at the Base Camp and then retrace our trek back to Gorakshep for overnight stay.
Day 10 : Hike To Kala Patthar (5545M) And Back To Lobuche.

Today, we will accomplish an early morning hike to Kala Patthar at 5,550 meters for enjoying the spectacular and up-close sunrise view over Mt Everest 8848 meters, Mt Lhotse 8516 meters, Mt Makalu 8481 meters, Mt Cho Oyu 8201 meters, and other high Himalayas peaks. After spending some time at Kala Patthar we will retrace our trek back to Gorakshep. We will have lunch at Gorak Shep. After lunch, we will retrace our steps and follow the same trail that heads back to Lobuche. We stay overnight at Teahouse.
Day 11 : Trek From Lobuche To Lobuche Base Camp 94950M) Duration: 4-5 Hours.

Leaving Lobuche, today is a rather short and easy day of hiking. We will spend some time in Lobuche before following an easy trail that leads to Lobuche Peak Base Camp. Once we reach the base camp our climbing Sherpa team will set up the camp and make necessary preparations for setting up additional camps at higher altitudes. After having we can go higher altitude for acclimatization. we will have enough time to rest, much needed for further climb to higher altitudes and for the summit climb of Lobuche Peak. We will spend our night at Tent camp.
Day 12 : Base Camp To Lobuche High Camp (5400M) Duration: 4-5 Hours.

From base camp, we will walk a narrow trail that is often snow-covered and icy. We may have to make use of ropes and crampons for safety during today's climbing. We ascend journey can be very tiring, so resting every step and then helps in restoring energy. We will reach a good campsite at High camp elevation of 5400 meters, Sherpa climbing team will quickly set up the camp and make final checks on our climbing gears and other health conditions before the main summit climb for Lobuche Peak. we spend our night at Tent camp.
Day 13 : High Camp To Lobuche Peak Summit (6,119M) & Back To Base Camp.

From High Camp, Today is the day we all have been desperately waiting for. Fully acclimatized and properly equipped with all the climbing gears, we start climbing early with the aim to reach the summit om Lobuche Peak before noon as the strong winds after midday can create obstacles in reaching the summit. We will fallow the footsteps and instructions of our experienced Sherpa climbing experts we will climb up the south ridge overcoming several technical sections and head towards the summit. We tiring climb to the summit is rewarded with spectacular views of Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Makalu, Mt. Nuptse, Pumori, Ama Dablam, and other high Himalayas peaks. We will spend a short time at the summit before trek down following the same route and head back to reach the base camp.
We will stay overnight at tent camp.
Day 14 - Reserve Day

Today, It might happen that we may not reach the summit as we planned due to bad or unfavorable weather conditions. Our main target is to successfully lead you to the summit of Lobuche peak. Thus, we will spare a reserve day in case of bad weather or other unwanted situations. However, if everything goes smoothly, we can use this extra day to trek back to explore somewhere.
Day 15 : Trek From Base Camp To Pangboche (3900M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.

Today, After successfully achieving the Lobuche Peak summit (6119m), we will trek down the trail that passes through cairns and memorials that have been erected in the memory of Mountain climbers who lost their lives when climbing Mount Everest. We will follow the trail that gradually descends journey passing through Pheriche and then continue trekking until we arrive at Pangboche for our overnight stay. We stay overnight at teahouse.
Day 16 : Trek From Pangboche To Namche (3440M0 Duration: 5-6 Hours.

After breakfast, we will trek downhill to reach Phunki Tenga. Follow the thundering Dudh Kosi River to reach Kyangjuma via Sansa. Today's trek ends in Namche Bazaar, where we will stay overnight.
Day 17 : Trek From Namche To Lukla (2840M) Duration: 7-8 Hours.
Location: Lukla

Today is our last day of Lobuche Peak Climbing, We start our trek from Namche Bazaar via Monjo to Lukla. We will descend passing through a dense forested area filled with rhododendron, oak, and pine trees. Today trek is a pleasant walk, except for few short uphill climbs and then down to the Dudh Koshi River crossing it three times. We will make a final uphill climb of approximately about 45 minutes will reach Lukla.
Day 18 : Fly From Lukla To Kathmandu (1350M) Duration: 30 Minutes Flight.

Today after breakfast, we will catch the plane a flight to Kathmandu in the morning. Sherpa Expedition and Trekking representative will transfer you to your hotel upon arrival in the city. Enjoy a traditional farewell dinner in the evening.
Day 19 - Final Departure Day.

Today is your last day in Nepal you will drive to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight departure. Sherpa Expedition and Trekking team will then share our goodbyes and wish you a safe flight back home. With this, the trip concludes and you come to an end of the Lobuche Peak Climbing.
