Tour Overview

The Manaslu Circuit Trek is one of the popular trekking in the Manaslu region of Nepal. It is a challenging trekking route even for experienced trekkers: 12 days trek, 150 to 200 miles of walking route depending on the exact itinerary, One high pass Larkya-La pass, with 10 days’ hard walk between them. The highest point we reach at Larkya La Pass (5,106m). This trek has sort of replaced the previously famous Annapurna Circuit Trek. Manaslu lies just 50 km East of Annapurna Circuit and has no roads. The entire Manaslu trekking trail is fantastic, being at low altitude, and gradually gaining altitude each day. The habitat in which we will be hiking has pristine nature and a great Himalaya landscape. The natural scenes combined with high altitude glacier lakes Birendra Lake) gives a great impression of peace and tranquility. The rich flora and fauna are outstanding. We will also likely meet climbers attempting to climb Mount Manaslu, the world's eighth highest mountain in the world (8,163meters) and the second-highest peak in Nepal. We will be getting great and close-up views of Mt. Manaslu several times. Aside from great trails and high altitude variation, this trek will also lead us through many local villages and we will pass by many Buddhist monasteries. The 12 Days Manaslu Circuit trek is challenging but if you are able to walk up to 6 hours a day, are determined and in reasonably good shape, you can do this trek. Sherpa Expedition & Trekking will take care of all paperwork required for this trek. We have more than 40 years of experience in Trekking and can be trusted to take good care of you and ensure your experience is a memorable one. Your safety is paramount!

Highlights

  • Witness stunning views of Mt. Manaslu 8156m, the worlds 8th highest peak

  • Typical ethnic villages and magnificient views of Himalayas!

  • Breathtaking Views of Buddha Himal, Himalchuli including 8000 meter Mount Manaslu

  • Crossing the highest point at larkya La pass 5,106m

  • Remoteness, meaning fewer people take this route. Serene and still unspoiled with nature in its raw state.

Amazing

01-Aug-2019

Despite the fact that we set off during the start of May which is close to the furthest limit of the trekking season, still everything had astounding climate with no downpour in the day. The tea houses were all truly affable and the food (basically Dal Bhat) was extraordinary. Our Sherpa Guide was full of knowledge as he had the option to respond to every one of our inquiries concerning the environmental factors! His humor never flopped in any event, when we were 5100m high.

Very Well-organized trip

04-Jun-2019

The communication before the trip was excellent. We had a lot of questions and answer them all, very quickly. The trip was amazing, well organized, and we had a good guide and porters. Good service and open attitude. One remark only: the trail as presented in the offer and as actually done on the field was different in some areas, but this did not affect the overall enjoinment of the trip.

Madelyn

Great Guide and porter

02-Sep-2019

Whole Trek was great. Similarly, trekking guide and porter demonstrated good attitude to their work. Anyway, trekking quires responsible for the last section should be selected more carefully. However, they do care much about the customers.
