The Mardi Himal trekking is a route that has not been opened for long, (This is a newly opened trekking route in Annapurna Region) and attracts fewer trekkers than its more established ‘sisters’. This 10 days trek has all the plus points of other Annapurna regions treks combined with a bit more wilderness and solitude. Mardi Himal trek offers the most spectacular views of Mount Annapurna, Mount Dhaulagiri, Mt. Machhapuchhre, and Mt. Manaslu ranges! Beautiful valleys, rhododendron and bamboo forests, ridge trekking, and the diversity of flora and fauna are only seen in the mountains to make this an interesting glimpse into the biodiversity of the Himalayas. The highest altitude is at Mardi Himal Base Camp (4,500m), with the rest of the trail never exceeding 3,150m at Low camp. Mardi Himal trek can be also be extended in length should there be more time. Trekkers visiting Mardi Himal trek can experience High Himalayan ranges, mountain landscapes, natural hot springs, mixed indigenous lifestyle, ancient caves, waterfalls, colorful rhododendron forests, alpine meadows, an abundance of wildlife various, species of flora and fauna- truly wilderness experience in this region. Day 1 : Arrival In Kathmandu (1,350M) & Transfer To Hotel.
Location: Kathmandu
Accommodation: Hotel
After your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. At outside the Airport Terminal, a representative of Sherpa Expedition and Trekking cordially receives you and transfers to a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu at Thamel, backpackers colorful market. In the afternoon, you will be taken to the Sherpa Expedition and Trekking office for a guide introduction and final brief trip information about the trek. In the evening, explore the tourist hub, Thamel.
Day 2 : Drive From Kathmandu To Pokhara (8,50M) Duration: 6-7 Hours.

After having breakfast, at 6:30 am Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and escort you to the bus station. The tourist bus to Pokhara leaves at around 7: 00 am. The scenery along the road is dramatic and you will see the river, valleys, cascading rice terraces, and rocky gorges. You will reach in Pokhara, check-in hotel, in the evening, you can enjoy leisure boating on the scenic Fewa Lake and see the reflection of the Mount fishtail and Annapurna Range on the crystal clear water of the Lake. Overnight at 3-star category hotel.
Day 3 : Drive From Pokhara To Phedi & Trek To Pothana (1890M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.

Today after breakfast, we will drive for one hour to reach Phedi and start our trek. We will climb up the stairs from Phedi. The trail ascends all the way to Pothana through rhododendron and pine forests till we reach the Dhampus Village, a Gurung village known for the stunning views of mount Annapurna ranges, Lamjung Himal and Mt. Manaslu. After reach Dhampus village we will continue trek until we reach the small village of Pothana, surrounded by forests and exhibiting marvelous mountain views. We will enter our Trek permit in Pokhara. We will spend our night in Pothana at the teahouse.
Day 4 : Trek From Pothana To Forest Camp (2554M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.
Location: Forest Camp

Today, we will start our trek with a steep uphill climb through dense forest along the magnificent views of the Mount Dhaulagiri, Mount Fishtail and Annapurna ranges. This forest is the home to many rare wildlife and we can catch glimpse of some of the rare birds and wild animals along the route. After walking for around 4-5 hours, we will arrive the forest camp where we will spend our night today.
Day 5 : Trek From Forest Camp To High Camp (3980M) Duration: 6-7 Hours.

After breakfast, we start our trek, the path from the Forest camp to the high camp follows steep hiking up through the Juniper and rhododendron forest. The pattern for the day is a steeper climbing to get over a hillock, then relatively flat for a while and again start the ascent. When we reach the top, we will be highly rewarded with the stunning, breathtaking views of the Annapurna massif and Mount Macchapuchre. We will spend our night at High Camp.
Day 6 : Hike To Mardi Himal Base Camp (4350M) & Return Back High Camp; Duration: 5-6 Hours.

Today we wake up early to appreciate the magnificent sunrise view over the Annapurna range from the high Camp. After having breakfast, we will start our hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp, which stands at 5300 meters. Today trek is challenging with walking along a narrow, rocky trail. The hardship of the day is generously rewarded with the magnificent mountain views along with the pristine surroundings at the Mardi Himal Base Camp. After spending some time at the base camp, we will trek back to high camp. We will spend our night at High Camp.
Day 7 : Trek From High Camp To Siding Village (1885) Duration: 6-7 Hours.

Today after breakfast, we will follow the trail a steep descent to low camp from where we will trek into the forest to Mardi Khola. After a delightful trek along the river and the forest, we will arrive in a warm and hospitable village of Siding. We will spend our night at Sidding village.
Day 8 : Trek From Sidding To Saidighatta And Drive To Pokhara (850M) Duration: 6-7 Hours.
Location: Pokhara

After a hearty breakfast, we will start our easy descent to Lumre. The paths follow the contour of the Mardi valley river and gradually trek down the pastures through beautiful Tamang and Gurung Villages. We will take Jeep from Lumre for a one hour drive to Pokhara. We will spend our night at Pokhara. In the evening we can visit the beautiful Fewa lake.
Day 9 : Drive Back From Pokhara To Kathmandu (1350M) Duration: 6-7 Hours.

After Visiting the beauty of Pokhara city, we will take seven hours to drive to Kathmandu. We will enjoy the beauty of the nearby villages, Marshangdi Trishuli rivers, and hills along our way back. Then, Its beautiful adventure will have come to an end. You may enjoy the rest of your stay in Nepal!
Day 10 : Farewell

Sherpa Expedition & Trekking requires a minimum deposit of 30% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 30 days before departure.
