Upon your arrival in the city of Chiclayo, our driver will pick you up from the airport or bus station to take you to the hotel located in the city center. Later in the afternoon, we will begin this interesting tour by visiting the Paseo de las Musas, a place for unforgettable family moments and to enjoy a nice stroll. This urban park, built between 1994 and 1995, hosts various squares surrounded by beautiful gardens and flowers, as well as sculptures of 9 muses from Greek mythology made by the sculptor Miguel Ángel Díaz Dávila. The tour in Chiclayo continues until we reach the Main Park since it does not have a Plaza de Armas because it was not a battle site. Here you will have panoramic views of shopping centers, the old cinema, as well as the impressive Cathedral. The Cathedral of Chiclayo, or Santa María Cathedral, began its construction in 1869 and ended in 1939 due to lack of funds. The design is by Gustavo Eiffel and is in neoclassical style. We will continue the tour to the Municipal Palace. This historical monument from the republican era features temporary photography exhibitions in its beautiful halls. We will conclude the excursion by visiting the Witchcraft Market of Chiclayo, where you can find everything, including products related to witchcraft, as shamanism is widely practiced in Peru to heal illnesses, lovesickness, the evil eye, bindings, etc. You will have time to stroll through this curious place, and then we will take you back to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 2 : Túcume Pyramids And Royal Tombs Of Sipán Museum

Location: Túcume

Accommodation Name: Hotel in the city

Meals Included: Breakfast

Embark on an archaeological adventure with our exclusive tour of the Túcume Pyramids and Royal Tombs of Sipán Museum. Explore the mysterious archaeological complex of Túcume, located just 30 kilometers north of the city. Known as the valley of the pyramids, this place will leave you amazed with its 26 truncated adobe pyramids surrounding the majestic La Raya hill. These pyramids witnessed the ancient Lambayeque, Chimú, and Inca cultures, each leaving their mark on this fascinating site. Explore the remarkable area of Huaca Larga, which developed over 500 years, spanning entire generations. Here lies the impressive Temple of the Sacred Stone, which belonged to the Inca period and houses the funerary remains of an important ruler. Next, we will head to the Royal Tombs of Sipán Museum, an optional visit that will transport you to a world of splendor and wealth. This magnificent museum, inspired by the truncated pyramids of the Moche culture, exhibits an impressive collection of artifacts discovered in the tombs of the most important rulers of the time, such as the legendary Lord of Sipán. Gold, ceramics, and meticulously crafted attire await you in the halls of this fascinating archaeological museum. After completing this incredible tour, we will take you back to your hotel in the city. The rest of the afternoon is free, and overnight stay.

Day 3 : Huaca Rajada And Site Museum

Location: Chiclayo

Meals Included: Breakfast

We will begin by learning about the history at the impressive archaeological complex of Huaca Rajada. Here, you will be transported centuries back as you explore the tomb that safeguarded the renowned Lord of Sipán, the ancient ruler of the Mochica culture from the third century. This is your opportunity to witness up close the legacy of a fascinating pre-Columbian civilization that flourished on the northern coast of Peru. The Moche culture will captivate your senses with its highly recognized art and architecture. Immerse yourself in a world of mystery and splendor as you discover the wonders found at the heart of this ancient civilization. The Lord of Sipán, a revered archaeological icon, will fascinate you with his history and the mysteries that still endure. The Lord of Sipán was a Moche ruler who lived over 1,500 years ago in what is now northern Peru. His discovery in the richest tomb in Latin America revolutionized the field of archaeology and revealed a unique vision of the ancient Moche civilization. I went on Tangol's full day walking tour of Buenos Aires and Sylvia was a very knowledgeable guide who clearly has a passion for sharing the cultural, social and political stories of Buenos Aires and how each of the neighborhoods visited help tell that story. It was a great (and well-planned) overview of BA.

We are Argentine soccer fans and asked Tangol if they have a tour package in Rosario that includes visits to places related to Lionel Messi, like his birth house and the soccer field (potrero) he played on in childhood. Though Tangol does not have such a package, they tailored a 1-day tour based on our requests for my family (4 persons) with air tickets between Buenos Aires and Rosario, a private minivan + a tour guide in Rosario. The Tangol contact person sent detailed information, including emergency contact, a couple of days before the tour day. Using WhatsApp, she responded promptly and precisely. In Rosario, the tour guide spoke perfect American English. He was friendly to all of us, and we felt comfortable talking to him and asking him many questions. He was knowledgeable about all the places we visited and answered our questions very nicely. That was the best tour of my life!

A tad expensive for football, but a good service and availability for anything you have to do in Buenos Aires! Would recommend. We went on a great tour to watch racing club against belgrano and apart for the amazing atmosphere, our guide Martin was tremendous! We would recommend using tangol to others.

This was one of the best tours I have done in a long time. It was so well organized with friendly, knowledgeable staff and so accommodating to our needs. We are a Hospitality & Tourism group and the way they dealt with us was just excellent!!. We saw a vineyard and a winery, did cooking classes, attended tango show, visited historical sites and so much more. Whatever was aligned to our requirements , we did it!! I highly recommend this Agency. You get such a memorable experience and then some. Thank you Tangol and Jessica!!! Thanks to Camillo in Santiago , Chile and Augustin, Franco, the drivers like Brian in Argentina.......Great Job!!!

That was very nice! The operator was super fast and friendly. I confused dates and booked my trip at a wrong date, but I was informed immediately and my booking details were adjusted. The guide was also nice, spoke very clear, gave valuable information regarding the places we visited. Thank you!

Booked an Argentinos Junior football game at the Maradona Stadium tour package with Tangol. They were very responsive and answered all questions. Transfer is included from office to game, and then game back to your hotel. You have an english speaking guide with you the whole time. We even got to go on the football pitch after the game which was awesome! So while the price is more expensive than compared to you buying a ticket on your own. However, if you don''t speak Spanish and want everything taken care of, I'd highly recommend Tangol to take care of everything for you as I didn't have to worry about anything. This was exactly what I was looking for! to experience a South America football game! Would recommend!

25-Mar-2024

Tangol arranged a special one day tour for our family to visit Rosario, the home town of the famous Argentina soccer players like Lionel Messi, Angel Di Maria. We could visit many places (e.g., Messi's birth house, school, and the soccer field, Museo del Deporte Santafesino, Estadios Rosario Central y Newell's Old Boys, etc.) and take many pitcures. Tangol arranged a tour guide and a mini-van driver for us. They were waiting for us at the airport. They were very friendly and also knowledgeable, so we enjoyed talking with them. This special tour was the one of best tours for us.

Do not use this company....

23-Dec-2023

Do not use this company. On December 19, 2023, my parents went on the Iguazu Falls tour from Foz do Iguacu, Brazil, using this company. The driver they sent scammed my elderly parents, along with many others in the bus, out of an additional $10 USD per person by making them wait in the vehicle while he went to buy the park tickets. He stripped them of the opportunity to go buy the tickets themselves. This scam involved forcing my parents, along with others in the bus, to pay cash at an exchange rate of 175 Portugese Reais, which works out to approximately $35 USD for each park ticket when it should have been around $25 USD. I asked this company four times for the name and phone number of the driver but they refuse to provide the information. Furthermore, the driver then made each person pay an additional 5 Reais on the way back, claiming it was to pay for some additional fee. Lastly, this booking was done for an 8 am tour departure. The company then sent us an email stating 7:40 am pick-up, which was fine. However, the driver showed up at the hotel at 7:10 am while my mother was still eating breakfast telling her to get moving or he would leave them behind. This is the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with and even to this moment they refuse to provide the driver's information to us because are protecting his scam from the police. I petitioned Viator for a refund for at least one of the tickets but this Tangol company lied to them stating that my parents chose to do the conversion at a much higher market exchange rate with the driver. I hope others that were in the same bus come forward.

They cancelled a tour the day before-- Pope Francis in Buenos Aires. If you offer a tour I think it is important to go and do the tour as opposed to canceling the day prior. Super frustrating. Would not book with them again.
