All Kusadasi Safari Tours were...

30-Jun-2024

All Kusadasi Safari Tours were exceeding expectations (Quad, Jeep, Horse, Buggy). All members of the crew were constantly focused on customer's satisfaction and safety, they were explaining clearly the rules and offering to help whenever required. Very good communication skills (several languages covered for each tour) and even if English was not spoken by all members, there was always at least one of them speaking it fluently. We had a great time and would repeat the experiences anytime.

We booked a tour of Ephesus on TripAdvisor and had a wonderfully planned day seeing all the sites! We were able to communicate departure details on WhatsApp and everything was taken care of throughout the day. We learned so much and we were able to soak it all in.

Went on the Cappadocia: 2 Days City Break tour in November 2022 and it was amazing. I never booked an inclusive tour with food and transfers before so didn't know what to expect but it was so well organised. All airport transfers were on time and easy to organise, the Fresco cave hotel was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed, John our guide was really informative and nice and the tours were amazing. Definitely recommend as it was great value with perfect organisation.

28-Feb-2024

First class organization of our 15-day tour of Turkey, which included Pamukkale, Ephesus, Cappadocia, and Istanbul. Tour Altinkum were very flexible, modifying their proposed itinerary to suit our wishes. From the moment we were greeted at the airport, to the moment we left, we were well taken care of, making it a stress-free, relaxing vacation. The small group and private tours (we took 7 of them!) were given by great tour guides (Ali and driver Okan in Pamukkale and Ephesus, Ali Can in Cappadocia, and Bariş in Istanbul), the vans used to drive us were luxurious, the hotels were comfortable, well located and all offered excellent breakfasts! We received daily messages from Tour Altinkum reminding us of our next day’s pick-up time and schedule. Any questions we had were promptly answered, even late at night. I can highly recommend this travel agency when traveling in Turkey.

09-Sep-2023

I have been on tour with these guys since 30th August. It’s been good for the most part. But it’s also been inconsistent and unprofessional. Which has made the experience fairly average. Excellent punctuality of drivers and tour guides - 5/5 Excellent transportation standards - 5/5 Accommodation promised vs delivery - 3/5 - Paid for 4 star accommodation but put us in 3 star accommodation for 4 out of the 11 room nights. In Kusadasi they put us up in EFFE hotel which was not good at all Quality of tour guides - 4/5 How did I feel about the Itinerary and the experiences - 3.5/5 They would change the times of the itinerary or the order of events ,with no notice. For example, the Kesari airport pick up was 11am. Driver turned up at 10.35 and was so rude to us. We were in the van by 11.05 am In Alacati the driver was really rude and had a temper was getting lost and couldn’t find the hotel. These were unpleasant experiences

07-Oct-2023

We recently participated in the "Blue Escape" sailing tour offered by Tour Altinkum. Unfortunately, our experience did not align with the initially provided itinerary. We noticed significant deviations from the planned itinerary without receiving prior communication or explanation from the company regarding these changes. Concerns were voiced on the second day of the tour, yet we didn't observe efforts from Tour Altinkum to acknowledge or address the raised issues during the remainder of our 7-day tour. Several listed activities and visits, such as those to Ancient Cities, visiting Ruins or eating meals in villages (as detailed in the attached itinerary), were omitted, resulting in an enormous amount of time spent on the boat as the itinerary was completely disregarded. This should be made aware to future customers, as the tour is simply 'stay on a boat for 7 days and swim', which for us was incredibly repeditive and uninteresting after the first 48 hours. Additionally, the tour route was duplicated during our trip, with a new group of guests joining midway and repeating the same itinerary. This resulted in a repetitive experience without variation in destinations or activities.
This also meant we ate the same meals 2-3 times. Attempts to engage in dialogue with Tour Altinkum were unfruitful, and we were unable to rectify the issues during or after the tour. Itinerary and food aside, the accomodation was suitable. There was no airconditioning provided which was expected based on our prior research.
