Admin is only satisfactory because after our initial booking we heard no more until I rang after Christmas to find out whether we were still on for the tour. Apparently we had not received an intervening email but it was quickly put right by your staff. Overall we were greatly impressed.

Nice Carnival and Menton Lemon Festival Tour

21-February-2018

The train journey was very long the train was dirty, uncomfortable and food and drink ran out. Would have been good to offer a flight to Nice which is what we did on the return journey as we could not face it again. The hotel was wonderful, very nice and comfortable room, great location and very good selection for breakfast. The tours were very good and the festivals very enjoyable. Would have been good to include the ticket for the gardens at the Lemon Festival this was the most interesting part and something everyone wanted to see, instead of having to queue up for them. Karen the tour guide was excellent providing lots of information about the places we visted. Overall a good tour.
