Starting from Boston, a cultural and commercial hub, you will travel down the coast, making a stop at locations home to quintessential coastal views like Cape Neddick.
In Portland, make intimate connections with the local life by chatting with fishermen and having a tantalizing dinner in the city’s Old Port.
Driving inland away from the coast will reward you with the spectacular White Mountains, where atmospheric mountain passes and gorgeous State Parks will lift your spirit.

Day 1: Boston
Welcome to Boston, the 'Cradle of American Liberty'! Meet your group and tour leader in the evening for an informal welcome at the hotel.
Until then, feel free to roam the streets of Boston like a local or rest up for our great adventure ahead!

Day 2: Boston - Cape Neddick Lighthouse - Kennebunkport - Portland
Riding nortward from Boston, cross historic landmarks carrying centuries of history and some of East Coast's prime beaches.
On our way to Cape Neddick, we pass through Portsmouth, the oldest community in New Hampshire.
Originally a thriving fishing community, the town is also home to a number of historic buildings.
Make a stop at the Cape Neddick Lighthouse, placed on a small rocky island just off the shore, 'the Nubble' is acknowledged as the most photographed lighthouse in the United States.
Then we continue to the quaint coastal town of Kennebunkport, voted as the 'place to be all year' and where many prominent U.
S.
politicians including ex-presidents enjoy their summer homes.
Onwards to Portland, Maine! Soak in the fresh ocean air, Portland is the place to enjoy some delicate seafood with views of lighthouses along the coast.
Freely explore Portland in the afternoon, walk the cobblestone streets at the famous Old Port and make sure to sample the renowned Maine lobster roll!

Day 3: Portland - Acadia National Park - Bar Harbor
Embrace the morning with stunning views of Acadia National Park, the 'Crown Jewel of the Northern Atlantic'! Just as charming in any season of the year, the coastal park boasts amazing landscapes and bustling wildlife.
Passing through dreamy fishing villages bursting with colour, we arrive in Bar Harbor.
A town of serene beauty on the coast, the world-famous atmosphere of Bar Harbor is cultivated by seashore community, Downeast character, and fresh Maine Lobsters.
In the afternoon, enjoy ample free time to explore and experience this quaint village and its galleries, boutiques, shops and restaurants.

Day 4: Bar Harbor - Kancamagus Highway- Franconia Notch State Park - Bretton Woods (White Mountains)
We ride inland to the 'rooftop of New England', the White Mountains! Take the scenic route via lush and pictersque woodlands of Kancamagus Highway to Franconia Notch, a pass crawling through two mountain ranges, well-known for its impressive nature.
We will be welcomed by the stunning scenery of Flume Gorge in Franconia Notch State Park.
This natural gorge fascoinatingly spans over 250m at the base of Mount Liberty in New Hampshire.

Day 5: White Mountains
The White Mountains of New Hampshire is a wonderland to escape, wander and create unforgettable memories.
Soak in sky-high peaks, breath-taking scenery unrivaled in the Northeast, marvellous waterfalls, as well as tax-free shopping! Here, we will also visit a local maple farm to discover how the famous 100% pure maple syrup is produced! This finest maple syrup requires blending tradition and skill with advanced technology!

Day 6: Bretton Woods (White Mountains) - Newport
Alongside lush forests keeping us company, we leave New Hampshire for Rhode Island, the 'Ocean State'! Enjoying its gorgeous coastal architecture and impressive seaside views en route, arrive in Newport.
Coined as the Sailing Capital of the World, take your time to explore the famous town and freely stroll the Cliff Walk to appreciate its natural beauty.
Here, you can also find the Gilded Mansions, the grandoise summer mansions of famous socialite dynasties as the Astor's and Vanderbilt's.

Day 9: Cape Cod - Plymouth - Boston
Start the morning with a trip to Plymouth, the first home of English colonists in New England.
Get the chance to visit Plymouth Rock, where the Pilgrims and their famous vassal Mayflower landed in 1620 after a 10 week journey across the ocean from England! The site is ridden with historic memorilibia of the Freedom Trail, from experiences such as strolling beside Boston Common, King's Chapel, the Boston Massacre site to pubs and taverns where the founding fathers toasted freedom! Roam the town freely, sample a local cup of clam chowder and stroll Quincy Market - Boston's first-ever marketplace constructed in 1826, now full of boutiques, shops, cafes and restaurants.

If you don't mind being roomed with another single traveller of the same gender, then you do not need to pay a single supplement, however, this excludes all of our North American tours where the sharing option for a solo traveller is not available, and the single supplement must be applied if you are travelling alone.
