Day 5 : Sapa - Tram Ton Pass - Tam Duong - Lai Chau (B,L,D)

Day 8 : Dien Bien Phu - Muong Phang (B,L,D)

Day 9 : Muong Phang - Muong Khua (B,L,D)

The trail twists and turns before reaching the Lao border. After a swap of crews, we cycle to the crossroads town of Muang Khua on dirt roads through remote villages that are mainly comprised of Red or Black Thai ethnic tribes. Overnight in Muang Khua.
