On Arrival in Udaipuri Airport (in morning), meet and greet by our representative and and followed by transfer to hotel.
UDAIPUR: founded in 1568, by Maharaja Udai Singh, as capital of old Mewar state, the city has one of the largest palace complexes in the world, the City Palace and gleaming lakes with islands and is popularly known as the “lake-city” of Rajasthan.of the rebel Mughal Prince, Shah Jehan, who soon became the creator of the Taj Mahal in Agra.
Later half day sightseeing tour of Udaipur - a splash of color in Rajasthan that is brighter when tinged with the tones of local lore and legends. Visit the City Palace, built in 1725, which houses the Dilkhush Mahal, Sheesh Mahal - studded with glittering Belgium Mirrors, Moti Mahal and the Palace of Lord Krishna all of which are ornately decorated. Later visit the Jagdish Temple. This temple built in 1651 is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the preserver in the Hindu Trinity of Gods. Also visit the Sahelion Ki Bari gardens and fountains. Later drive around the Fatehsagar Lake.

Eklingi Temple - Almost 22km away from Udaipur, Eklingji Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Taking a cab to this temple is the most convenient way to reach it. It is one of the most famous temples of Rajasthan, also known for its remarkable architecture.
Nagda Temple - The Sahasra Bahu temples or Sasbahu Temples, at Nagda, Rajasthan, are a pair of late 10th-century Hindu temples dedicated to Veerabhadra. They share a platform, facing the temple tank, and are similar in style, but one is rather larger than the other.
Afternoon return to Udaipur and do some more visits - Bagore Ki Haveli , Ahar Cenotaphs, Ambari Ghat, Bhatriya Lok Kala Mesuem etc…

RANAKPUR the magnificent 15th century Jain temples situated in the deep secluded valley of the Aravalli Hills. Though over 500 years old, the temples are superbly preserved.
Later continue drive to Jodhpur….
JODHPUR: One of the most beautiful places of tourist's interest in India is Jodhpur. Situated in the arid land of Rajasthan, this place was founded by Rajput Chief Rao Jodha in 1459. Rao Jodha is the descendent of King Ramachandra of Ramayana. Earlier, it was the capital of the Marwar state of Rajasthan. Jodhpur is surrounded by a tall stonewall of about 10 km long. This wall has got eight doors facing various directions leading to different places of Jodhpur. Jodhpur is a beautiful small city with the golden sands covering the thorny shrub growing arid land. Jodhpur has about 100 towers most of which are surrounded by defensive battlements. Normally, guard's chambers could be seen along with these walls, which are considerably high armed with iron spikes on top of it. The forts and palaces in the city are the major source of attraction in the city. Exploring the forts gives you a feel of the times when the Rajput might was at its peak. The gates and the walls of the forts speak of the battles they have witnessed.

Visit - Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswath Thada, Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum.
Mehrangarh Fort – on a 37 meter low sandstone hill built by Rao Jodha in 1459. From the top of the fort one can get a bird’s eye view of the old city. You will notice the predominance of blue houses referred to as Brahmin houses - the color being associated with the high caste.
Jaswant Thada, an imposing marble cenotaph built in 1899 for Maharajah Jaswant Singh II and smaller memorials to other Maharajahs of Jodhpur.
Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum and have a drink at the Pillars (direct payment) - this lavish art deco monument to royal living had an improbable conception: it was built as a public relief and employment project during a long period of drought by Maharaja Umaid Singh. It took over 3000 artisans and 15 years to build! With 347 rooms, it was one of the largest private residences of the world! Now converted into a luxury hotel, it sits on top of a hill with commanding views
Afternoon excursion to Bishnoi village with 4 x 4 jeep safari.
The Bishnoi’s are an eco Friendly sect of Hindu religion, it is one of the different community of Rajasthan who are famous for there rich cultural Rajasthani Life and there true love for nature and animals. Bishnoi Village Safari is the organization started by Rajas and Maharaja's of Jodhpur to show that Indian and foreign guest a glaimpse of rich cultural life around their state of Marwar, A True Rajasthan. Agra is known for its superb inlay work on marble and soapstone by artisans who are hereditary craft persons.

Afternoon leave for visit - Agra Red Fort - built by three generations of Mughal Emperors starting from Akbar the Great in 1565 AD, which is a masterpiece of design and construction. It housed both the residential Palaces of the Royal family and the military quarters and offers other formidable views of the Taj Mahal from across the river.
Evening free for shopping at local bazar of Agra - Various small shops in Agra sell handicrafts and stone products such as jewelry boxes, and plaques. Leather goods of good quality are also available in the markets. Most products have some dedication to the Taj Mahal.

Day 9 : Agra - Delhi Tour & Airport Drop (B)

And after his own demise he was placed to rest next to his beloved queen in the same mausoleum The Taj has been called the most extravagant monument ever built for the sake of love.
