Tour Overview

Trek Patagonia: Lago Grey & Lago Nordenskjold: exploring the main lakes of Torres del Paine; this is a great trip for those who like to explore the immense lakes around Torres del Paine national park. A short trip with short hikes and great spots for Photography. Discover the best of Patagonia. “Rock, ice, snow, wind, and water, all warring with each other yet combined against man, here reigned in absolute sovereignty.” Charles Darwin said this about Patagonia when he first entered the Tierra del Fuego over some 150 years ago. It’s a very good description of the Southern Cone; the last rugged expanse before the Antarctica and the end of the world. Patagonia is a much larger region than many explorers realise. To have a full experience in Patagonia, takes time, some creativity, and a passion for the vast wilderness of the pampas & beyond. ...more ...less

Miradors of Torres del Paine

We returned to Puerto Natales with Iván and our driver. Great experience for us and many thanks for what you arranged. Iván was everything one could want or hope for in a guide - patient, friendly, intelligent, ready to share stories and history of his land, and many more attributes that made our journey outstanding. Cheers. ...more ...less

My son and I did the 'O' circuit of Torres del Paine which Unu Raymi managed to arrange for us at short notice. It was a fantastic 7-day trip with stunning scenery. What made it special for us was we had a guide (Ivan) and porter (Hugo) who taught us so much about the land the flora and fauna and the history of Chile and. Patagonia. We also met many people doing the same route as us worldwide. I highly recommend Unu Raymi to anyone who would like to visit Patagonia ...more ...less

The staff are AMAZING. I thought we were joining a group but on a private trek! The guide was professional, highly qualified, incredibly helpful and hyper-focused on our safety and enjoyment the entire time. Our porter did not speak English but was also overqualified (highly skilled climber) for this job and great to be around. We even had a cook (what?!?!) which blew us away because we thought we would be eating in refugios (there is excellent food service even in the tent-only areas. His cooking spoiled us completely and there was always more than enough to eat. ...more ...less

Although the organization was a bit messy it was eventually a great experience in Patagonia. James has been helpful when there are any unclarity or questions. The 'O' trek and El Chalten have so much to give. The guides are fantastic. They do all they can to make sure I'm safe but also they're a lot of fun! ...more ...less
